How It Works

How Does Home Visit Booking Work?

This is a service to look after your home.

1. Place order, and use the text box to fill in:

  • Address in Da Nang.
  • The date you leave town.
  • Your return date.
  • Contact info to house manager.

2. Niklas will contact you by email/WhatsApp to confirm dates, access, answer questions, and any other concerns.

3. The service will be carried out for the booked period.

The manager contact is primarily a precaution.

You are in control of your contract and home.

What Else Should I Know?

This is a service to regularly check in on your home when you cannot.

This service does NOT include:

  • Cleaning.
  • Moving to a new location.
  • Negotiating with you managers or landlords.
  • Signing documents on your behalf.
