How Does Booking Work?

1. Book your storage.

  • Drop off date and preferred time.
  • Date of pick up.
  • Any additional request.

2. Niklas will soon contact you by email or WhatsApp to confirm everything.

3. Drop off your luggage.

4. Enjoy your time.

Please make bookings in advance to allow for changes in your plans, availability and communication.

Where Do You Store the Stuff?

Settlers Keep is located in An Thuong, near the east side beach.

You will receive exact address when you place an order.

Please note that this service is only available in Da Nang, Vietnam.

For How Long Can I Book?

There is currently no limit.

You are recommended to stay within a 3-4 month booking period.

Send in your questions if you are unsure and we will soon be in touch.

How Do I Book For Several Pieces?

1 quantity in your order represents 1 month of storage for 1 piece.

For example, to drop off 2 pieces of luggage for 1 month, you choose quantity 2.

When storing luggage/items for 1 month from April 8, you are expected to pick it up on May 8 at the latest.

With every order you will be in direct contact with Niklas to sort out the details and any uncertainty.

You can also send your questions in advance!

What Is Included In Your Storage Services?

The Storage Services simply keep your things while you are away from Da Nang.

That does NOT include:

  • Pickup.
  • Packing.
  • Delivery.

However, all services are customizable.
