Why do you need my vehicle documentation?
We require anyone storing a vehicle with us to show ownership proof and ID. We do this as a professional business to protect your and ours interest.
This applies to foreigners and locals alike.
What’s included in long-term motorcycle storage?
The following is included in our monthly motorcycle and scooter parking in Da Nang:.
- Key handling
- Indoor storage
- Secure access
How long can I store my motorcycle?
Park with us as long as you need; for one or several months. Our pricing starts at 1 month.
We can accommodate extensions. Simply message us to update your parking period, and we’ll send you a secure payment link.
Can you deliver my motorcycle to a location in Vietnam?
We speak Vietnamese in-house and can help you arrange delivery to another location in Vietnam through a 3rd party.
Note that this is not included in our own services.
What about my motorcycle helmets?
We will take care of them too! Two helmets for a motorcycle comes at no extra charge.
We can vacuum pack your helmet too, to keep it safe from the humidity.
Do you perform vehicle maintenance?
At the moment we do not offer maintenance. The following is not included in our parking service:
- Maintenance.
- Running engines.
- Fuel management.
- Battery charging or changing.
- Cleaning.
- Repairs.
Is this a garage or repair shop? change?
No. Settlers Keep is not a motorcycle repair garage. We provide indoor parking and long-term storage only, not mechanical work.
Can I renew my parking period if my travel plans change?
Yes, you can. Our services are flexible. Delayed or changed flights is not a problem.
You can pick up your two-wheeler earlier should you want to.
How do I book motorcycle storage?
- Message us through WhatsApp or use the Contact form.
- We’ll confirm your ownership of the vehicle, your storage period, and payment.
- At agreed date you bring the bike to our location and we’ll park it inside.
Where is the parking in Da Nang?
Our storage parking is located on a small street along the main throughfare leading to the beach from Dragon Bridge.
It’s less than a 10 minute motorcycle ride from the central tourist area An Thuong and a 15-20 minute car ride to the airport depending on traffic.
How safe will my motorcycle be with you?
Your MC or scooter will be as safe as anywhere. Our parking space is private, and indoors at our business location. It’s not a parking lot.
Doors are always locked. Security cameras cover the front and inside of the building.
All handovers, drop-offs and pickups, are made by appointment only. We do not spontaneously handover your vehicle to anyone.
Do I need to leave my keys?
Yes. We’ll help you avoid the risk of forgetting your keys before returning to the country.
Your key will be safely locked away, in a separate room/office at our location. The keys are not kept inside of the parking space.
